Edith A. Smart, former Senior Prefect of Wesley Girls High School (2013/2014). Received the Dr. Mrs Rosina Acheampong Award for Exceptional Leadership (February, 2014). She was adjudged delegate with the most detailed and well written position at Life Link, and also the Best Position Paper. Edith also received honorable mentions from UNICEF & UNA - USA MUN for amazing problem solving skill,
good relations with other delegates in the UNICEF committee.
 She has represented Ghana in New York for the United Nation Mock Show.

@amoafoa_: lol hm it's challenging, that's for sure, and a bit overwhelming in the beginning but then you warm up into it eventually.

@amoafoa_ : never. it was the farthest thing i dreamt of, i just wanted to pass through the school quietly and leave, and then bam!

‏@hyperactive_gh: and we really have to be scared of you. Working with one of the most disciplined "headie", Mrs Djokoto? How was it like? #hcSmart

‏@amoafoa_ : haha oh she's actually really nice! I enjoyed working with her; we clicked on so many levels.

‏@hyperactive_gh : was it because you were like her? Disciplined and principled?

 ‏@amoafoa_ : haha oh probably. You know the whole birds of a feather thing.

‏@amoafoa_ : err, i think it was organizing Awards Night with basically no funds, but my year group was nice to me, so we pulled through.

 ‏@amoafoa_ : @Simply_hephie lol i honestly can't point to anyone; my challenges were not with stubborn students and such.

 ‏@amoafoa_ : @jux_chris the world is my community, and so hopefully after school i'll have enough resource to serve in whatever capacity

 ‏@amoafoa_ :lol religious. I’m not a proponent of it and i won't encourage it, but i understand that they are human too.

 ‏@amoafoa_:  lool no. I’m not for homosexuality. I’m saying they are human beings that should experience the love of God through us

 ‏@amoafoa_  : the most exciting thing I’ve ever done! I represented New Zealand actually but i was the only Ghanaian with an award that year.
